About

At Nebari, we are exclusively focused on creative financing solutions within the natural resources sector.

Working with partners – including public and private companies – is at the heart of what we do. We are open to exploring unconventional financial structures and are known for working with motivated and capable management teams looking to accelerate growth.

WE ARE SPECIALISTS IN NATURAL RESOURCES. OUR IN-DEPTH KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND RELATIONSHIPS SEPARATE US FROM GENERALIST INVESTORS.

Our combination of technical experience, operating capabilities and finance experience provide us with a competitive edge. As a team, we’ve owned and operated assets while working for some of the largest mining companies globally and understand the unique challenges our industry faces.

Our senior lending professionals work collaboratively to turn proposals into closed transactions and remain the point of contact throughout the underwriting, closing and post-closing stages of our process. Our streamlined methodology, track record in closing transactions, flat organizational structure and deep mining expertise make Nebari a preferred financing partner. This has also enabled Nebari to successfully close transactions within very efficient time frames.

The firm’s investment professionals first met over a decade ago in Switzerland and remain committed to growing the Nebari philosophy. Nebari is based in New York with its team of partners and consultants based globally in Madrid, Zug, Anchorage and London.
